The final event of the “ViRDiPA” training took place on September 8th and 9th, 2022. The two major topics were: the presentation of the work results (self created learning tasks including 360° Video VR scenarios) and the development of ideas for the future use of virtual reality in educational institutions.
After the presentation of each scenario, possible uses and improvement potentials of the learning tasks as well as networking possibilities between the three different institutions were discussed.
Regarding the future use of virtual reality in educational institutions great visions and ideas were developed, which were then translated into what is feasible. In the end all participants finished the training with a plan for the future of virtual reality at their facility.
The project goes on: the publication of the work results as OER material, the analysis of the evaluation and various publications. In addition, the final conference, which will take place on April 21, 2023 at the Fachhochschule Bielefeld, is being prepared.
