Conference on AR-assisted Learning in Midwife-Education at Universities – April 29th, 2021

In our project HebAR we are investigating the use of augmented reality (AR) to provide new learning experiences for the education and training of midwifes. Our project partners and we invite you to participate in a digital conference in which we report on our progress in the project and discuss potentials and challenges with well-known researchers.

We are in particular happy to be able to present two keynotes: Prof. Dr. Michelle Gray from Edith Cowan University, Australia, will give a keynote on “The Creation, Use and Evaluation of 3D Technology in Undergraduate Midwifery Education”. The event will be concluded by a keynote held by Torsten Fell, an expert on corporate learning using immersive technologies, on “Use of VR/AR in medical education”.

The conference starts at 9 a.m. German time and will conclude at about 1 p.m. More details can be taken from the attached program (pdf).
